TERMS OF SALE
These terms govern the sale of Drop 000 by City Rich Kids, a UK sole trader (the legal record is at /record). By purchasing you accept these terms.
Drop 000 is issued in three tiers, each machined in steel: Standard, bone-painted steel with a bare steel striking face; Black Label, bare machined steel with a black anodised sliding mass; and Red Label, blackened steel with a solid bronze sliding mass. Each tier is a limited physical founder relic together with a sealed digital half.
Each city issues ninety Standard, nine Black Label and one Red Label. Unsold serials retire when the window closes.
The digital half is made available immediately after purchase. The physical relic is a pre-order and is dispatched from 1 January 2027.
During Drop 000 the door opens to anyone who knows the word published in CRK’s law. The word is void from 23:59:59 UTC on 31 December 2026. No record is made of a visitor until a purchase is made. Allocation within each city is in order of completed payment.
Standard £600 · Black Label £1,500 · Red Label £5,000, payable in full at purchase. Prices are in GBP, are fixed, and are not discounted. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. One purchase per person per drop. The country list at purchase is the list of countries we ship to.
Your item is held in our vault by default and does not ship unless you ask for it. Vaulted items remain your property at all times. If you request shipping, we dispatch from 1 January 2027 to the name and address you provide; risk in the physical item passes to you on delivery, and you are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, which you may confirm or change at any time before dispatch.
A vaulted item ships free of charge on request, and on departure from the system. Your election may be changed at any time before dispatch.
Prices are inclusive of shipping, taxes and import duties. We ship delivered duty paid; nothing is payable on delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. This right is preserved for the physical relic and for the digital half for so long as the digital seal remains unbroken.
The digital half is sealed. Breaking the seal (opening the digital half) accesses digital content: at that point you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel the digital half. Once the seal is broken the digital half is spent. A broken relic cannot be sold through CRK resale, which accepts only complete unbroken relics. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your purchase includes the first month of a seat in the city you select, beginning 1 February 2027. The seat is a Priority Seat with Standard, a Legacy Seat with Black Label, and an Apex Seat with Red Label. Your seat city is fixed at purchase.
After that first month the seat is held by spending credits. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no stored card: we will not take a payment from you after this purchase unless you make one. A seat lapses if the credits are not spent.
Credits are an internal unit of account. They are not money, are not redeemable for cash, and carry no monetary value outside the system. The credits sealed with your Drop 000 relic are stated to you at purchase.
The rate at which credits hold a seat is published before conversion begins in February 2027. A Drop 000 purchase is not membership; founder status is conferred at conversion.
Drop 000 is a collectible object. It is not an investment, security, or financial product. No future value, resale, or return is promised or implied.
Your holding key is shown to you once and is not stored in a form we can return to you. It is your responsibility to record it. Your code is replaced when you enter; the replacement is the only one that works, and it can be read at any time from inside.
If you hold a Drop 000 purchase and lose all of your credentials, we may re-verify you at our discretion through the contact route published at /record. If you have entered but purchased nothing, and lose both your session and your code, that standing cannot be restored — there is no record of you we can safely match you to, and we will not create one.
A payment reversal or chargeback is an election to leave. On reversal your membership standing ends, your codes are burned, and any holdings acquired under the reversed payment revert to City Rich Kids. This does not affect your right to cancel under clause 4 or your statutory rights; it applies where payment is withdrawn rather than cancelled.
Nothing in these terms creates exclusivity, a supply relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency between you and City Rich Kids. Election, membership and holding confer no right to supply us and no restriction on what we may make, sell or commission, in any category, including categories in which you trade.
We do not accept unsolicited submissions of ideas, designs or proposals. If you send us one anyway it confers no rights, creates no obligation of confidence, and entitles you to no payment or acknowledgement, and we may already be working on something like it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
