Returns & Damage
CRK releases are not conventional retail products.
Each item is produced in limited quantities, sealed, logged, and recorded.
For this reason, returns are intentionally restricted.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns for:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect city selection
– Delays caused by global logistics
– Items opened, altered, or unsealed after delivery
All purchases are final once shipped.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.
To assess the issue, we may request:
– Photographs of the outer packaging
– Photographs of the sealed product
– Delivery confirmation details
If damage occurred in transit and is verified, CRK may, at its discretion:
– Replace the item (if stock exists)
– Offer vault credit
– Record the item as destroyed in the ledger
Opened items cannot be replaced.
SEALED STATUS
Once a seal is broken, the item is considered activated.
Activated items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
This is a core part of the CRK system.

PAYMENTS & CHARGEBACKS
CRK maintains detailed records for every order, including:
– Sealed status at dispatch
– Ledger entry
– Shipping confirmation
– Delivery verification
Unauthorised chargebacks or false claims are logged.
Where a chargeback is raised after an item has been delivered, opened, or activated, CRK may submit ledger records and delivery evidence to the payment provider.
Accounts associated with abuse of the system may be restricted from future access.
