CANCELLATION FORM

You have 14 days to cancel. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you name) take physical possession of the relic. Because the relic ships from 1 January 2027, you may cancel at any point between paying and that date, and for 14 days after it arrives.

You do not have to use this form. You may cancel by any clear statement — an email to SUPPORT@CITYRICHKIDS.COM saying you wish to cancel is enough. The form is provided because the Regulations require it to be available, not because it is the only way.

Breaking the seal on the digital half is an express request for immediate supply of digital content and ends the right to cancel that half. The right to cancel the physical relic is unaffected by anything you do to the digital half, and your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected either way.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your statement before the cancellation period has expired.
